Sometimes it is necessary for off-campus students to call in so that they can give presentations or participate in discussions. In the event that this is necessary, the student producer should start a conference call in Skype before the class begins. The volume of the call, and the voice of off-campus students, can be adjusted by turning up the computer volume or adjusting the PC Audio knob at one on of the control room stations.
Setting up a Skype Call:
- Make sure PC audio is turned up in the console (Recording Station).
- Log on to Skype on the instructor PC.
