- This section will give you a brief look at the Echo Server: the storage for all of our Echo videos. First, you need to log in: echo360.org.
- Once you log in to the server you will see the Dashboard. This lists all of the classes that Echo will be capturing. Notice you will also see Vet Med’s classes here as well as ELO’s. Do not mess with Vet Med’s videos.
- There are only two Echo tabs that we will be using regularly. The Dashboard and Captures.

- The Dashboard shows all of the captures for a specific day, with options to filter them by their capture status. You can also search for a class by typing in the course number and clicking search.
- The Captures tab shows all of the captures in the Echo server, which can be filtered by their capture status like the Dashboard, or by things like date, location, and
publish info. Publish info will be the most useful as it has filters for class term and organization. When you are done filtering, be sure to click ‘clear’, otherwise it will remember your choice and you will be unable to find other classes.
- Other things you may need in the Echo Server are the dropdown menu under your name, and the settings gear in the upper left corner of the page. The dropdown by your name only serves to log you out. The settings gear has more options, but account settings is the only one you should go to. This will allow you to change your contact information or password. For no reason should you enter the institution settings or configurations pages.
If you know the class you are recording is going to be cancelled, please let a senior producer know or cancel the Echo BEFORE it starts recording.
