Students should always consult their academic advisor before making any schedule change requests. Adding/dropping courses or changing a course from graded to audit or Pass/Not Pass can have serious implications on your academic success. Making any change to a schedule could impact your ability to graduate on time and may also have financial implications.
To drop a course:

- Email your advisor to begin the drop process
If a student wishes to drop all of the courses they are currently registered for they must also request a withdrawal be processed for them via a withdrawal form. Students in all distance sections can contact Engineering-LAS Online Learning at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your courses be dropped and to have you withdrawn. Students taking any on campus courses need to contact their advisor.
Tuition is calculated from the first day of class onward. Informing your instructor of your wish to drop a course is not a sufficient way to drop the course; drops must be processed through AccessPlus or by contacting Engineering-LAS Online Learning (ELO) at email@example.com.
**In order to receive a full refund, you must drop the class no later than the day BEFORE the class is scheduled to begin. NOTE: Failure to attend or login to the course or failure to pay tuition does not constitute a drop. You can verify your drop on AccessPlus or through the Registrar’s Office. For more information on tuition and fees adjustment deadlines please visit the Office of the Registrar’s Tuition Adjustment page.**
