Editing a Panopto Recording (Mac)

This tutorial shows how to edit Panopto recordings.

 

Instructions:

Step 1: Click Manage Online Recordings on the top right side to edit the recording. This will direct you to the Panopto Server. Select your lecture recording in the list.

Step 2: Click on the Settings icon and click Edit at the bottom.

Step 3: You can trim/edit the video by using the Scissors button or click the Add Content button to add new content.

Step 4: Hit Save on the top right to save the edits.

Note: The video will be temporarily unavailable while the system processes the new version

Step 5: To edit access permissions go to Settings and then Share. You can make the recording public or private by adding groups/people.
